At Papinelle Sleepwear, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all boutique tags still attached.

Carefully fold your sleepwear into its original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

Ship the Parcel

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postage location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
